List Your Business
You can list your wedding business in 3 simple steps
1. Click Pricing Plan here and select your plan. There are PAID as well as FREE plans. All the PAID vendors will automatically shifted under FREE plan after expiry of their plan.
Following are the advantages of a PAID plan :
a) Include “Ads in Search & Taxanomy” i.e The vendor will appear on top when a visitor search for other wedding vendors making sure PAID vendors are more visible and get more preference over FREE vendors resulting in more leads of to-be weds as compared to FREE vendors
b) Include “Ads on Vendor Detail Page” i.e The vendor will be appeared on the pages of other related vendors as well increasing in visitor contacting you for your services.
c) Social Media Promotions – We have huge social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. We would be promoting the PAID vendors extensively to generate more leads for the PAID vendors
2. Fill in details of your Business
Please make sure you fill all the details and upload images. Incomplete listings won’t be published by our admin team.
3. Preview and Pay
Preview the details you have filled in. In case of any modifications are required, edit it and Pay for Paid Plans.
PS: There might be chances that your business has already been added by ShaadiMagic team or any of your customer or well-wisher. To check, please search it by your business name and if you find it, do claim it and start managing it. For how and why to claim, please read here
Manage Your Business
Once your listing is approved by our admin team, you can start managing your listing on ShaadiMagic and start getting business.
1. If you are owner of the business, start with Claiming your business. For how and why to claim, please read here
2. Click on your Username at the top and go to your Dashboard and mange your listing. The advanced dashboard has following features
a) You can see and analyze the listing status, the number of visitors on your listing, leads generated, number of reviews on your business, all the recent activities on your listing , what needs your urgent attention etc
b) My Listing – It will showcase all your listing in case you have shop or offices at different locations, you can list all of them. It gives you an option to edit you listing or change PAID plan any time. We recommend you to keep editing your business from time to time in case of any changes such as upload latest pics of your work. To know how to edit your business, read here
c) Saved – Here you can see the business which you might have saved to check their services or contact them later.
d) Invoices – You will get invoices of your PAID listing and ads here
e) Packages – It include details of your PAID listings.
f) Ad Campaigns – You can start promoting your business anytime from here. Some of the ad campaigns are part of PAID listing already. To know more about type of ads and how to run an ad campaign, click here
g) Reviews – Can check reviews received on you listing and reply on them. Also can see what and where have you submitted the reviews.
h) Food/ Service Menu — Attach the menu/ rate card if you have any. It will help the visitors to know more your services and prices.
i) My profile – Fill in your details and can change your password anytime.
PRO TIP: To get more business, make sure your business is rated high and you have many reviews. We have a sorting feature ” Most reviewed, Most Viewed & Highest Rated“. Please ask your customers, friends and family who have availed your services to rate and review your business immediately. And you should reply on their reviews as well. Start sending mail & messages to your customers to get more reviews 🙂
